Sole Sisters Fall Back Special!

Are you wanting to join Sole Sisters now that summer vacation has come to an end?  Join us for the next 6 weeks on Tuesday nights from 6:30-8pm, receive a new technical run shirt, pick up your personal Sole Sisters training manual & log AND best of all enjoy moving amongst a dynamic welcoming group of women!  Sole Sisters is for all levels of walkers and runners and every “sister” in between.  You can register here or in person.  757 Burnside Road West… we will be there by 6pm to meet and greet you!  Do it… we believe you CAN!
