Okay – so here are some mini details… the official registration form will be ready and out on May 15th… yes one week before the clinic will begin…on May 22nd!
Please note: The Sequel will not be as ‘intense’ as the ‘main camp’… all of us live different lives come spring summer and I want to respect everyone’s time and ability to commit… yes including me… BUT I don’t want any one to miss out on the opportunity to stay connected and stay active! As I reiterated throughout the clinic… the #1 incentive to stay active is finding a friend or a group to do it with!
…the clinic will include…
* 20 weeks of training
* A minimum of 6 specialty classes will be included in this time frame on your training nights – i.e. strength work, ‘stretching it out’…. and more
* A minimum of 2 special guest speakers in September (sounds like months away…!)
* Training clinic nights will be Tuesday nights at 7pm BUT we will have more flexibility with the sequel as there will not be our standard ‘show’ in the gym…
* Long runs scheduled for Saturdays and/or Sunday mornings – yes more group options… to find a way, time and place to fit it in!
* Training programs for the 10k distance and the 1/2 marathon!
* Your clinic fee will include a Sole Sisters shirt, your training program, the specialty classes, the camaraderie, leadership (but yes it will look slightly different then ‘main camp’… and of course – a whole bunch of sisters!
